I’ve been a stamp collector for over 50 years, and I love sharing my stamp-collecting experience and know-how with others.  My grandchildren are growing up barely even knowing what a stamp is in this modern, electronic age.  While I’m clearly into the modern use of blogs and electronic gadgets, I still pine away for the slower life – the one that centered around the mail and the use of stamps.

I’m hoping with this blog to wake my grandchildren up just a bit to the joy of stamp collecting – and maybe to share my enthusiasm with a few of you out there.  Let’s unite in our love of stamps and reminisce about the world of collecting stamps!
